“I have tried a number of hearing aids on trial over the years with other companies and always returned them as nobody ever listened to my problems. I just need to hear the TV better as I lead a fairly solitary life and I dodn't want to spend too much. All of the hearing people I have seen before have always tried to sell me fancy this and that.One week ago today I had fitted a basic hearing aid which gets the sound directly from a box that the man plugged into my TV. SO far no problems, I can hear people just fine on the TV now. £650 well spent I think I'll be keeping it.”

“I've been with you for 5 weeks now, cheaper than Boots, better service than Boots as well. Returning the TV streamer though as I don't use it, so I wouldn't recommend getting one of those to anyone reading this.”

“Dear Mr HarrisonJust to acknowledge your e.mail and I am amazed to compare your prices with those of your competitors!At the moment I am concerned with dealing with the after effects of a flood in my kitchen-diner due to sudden rupture in central hearing pipes under the upstairs landing...it will take some time to sort out the insurance and then put in hand necessary repairs and refurbishment....luckily our plumber acted quickly enough to stop the ceiling coming down but there is still drying out to be done.As soon as these matters are in hand (and the intervening Bank Holiday doesn't help ! ) I will come back to you to arrange for your representative to get in touch with me as I am particularly interested in the Opticon range of hearing aids. “The response was incredibly quick and very thorough. There is so much information and I have not yet had the chance to digest it all. I have an appointment with an Audiologist at my GP to see if there is anything better than my existing NHS aids available through the health service but, as this seems very unlikely, I shall then study the info. from Hearing Aid UK and, no doubt, act on their advice. So far, I am very impressed with the depth of knowledge, clear understanding of client's needs and their very helpful attitude in helping people through the minefield of selecting the right and appropriate hearing aids.”

“It provides ALL the information necessary for hearing aid buyers to make an informed choice and is the only ready source of this information. Without such information how does one judge what one is buying and whether one is getting value for money? Three thousand pounds plus is a lot of money to hand over on the recommendations of a salesman alone. I wouldn't buy a TV without knowing its detailed specification and what the competition offered why would I do this for something much more important? Sadly it lacks recommendations and best buy advice based on best technology and price.”
