“We know very little about the intricacies associated with highly technological hearing aids. However, we conversed by email & telephone with David who provided us with the essential information to enable us to proceed with our search/quest for aids that will provide a much higher quality of life along with the ability to easily & simply adjust settings for different occasions. I was very impressed by their knowledge and independence from any particular brand.
