The chicken products were really good quality but I wasn’t to happy with the mince and lamb shoulder . The mince had way too much fat and as a result was very oily and smelly when cooked.
I was let down by the lamb shoulder too, it had a smell to it and the meat did not seem very fresh. The dark colour indicated that it was from a sheep .
I was very happy to have found a great meat supply company but will think twice before ordering next time.
