“Excellent customer service; I was having difficulty placing my festive order and they were very helpful. First time ever I had a turkey crown and was not disappointed. Also treated myself to the ready made gravy which although a bit pricey was very good (not having a large bird with giblets etc I knew I would have less to make a good gravy). My only disappointment has been the lamb mince; hadn’t realised it was 30% fat! I think I have bought the premium before so will need to go back to that.”

We've ordered a few things over the year and found the quality of the products to be first class. My Dad is an ex-Master Butcher and was particularly impressed with the lamb leg, the way it was trimmed and the reasonable cost compared to local supermarkets/halal butchers. “The meat is good quality but western cuts are hard to come by. Their ribeye steak quality is improving though, since they put the price up. They are now almost as thick as a butchers/supermarket steak But trying to get large cuts, when requested is a non starter, as they will give you what they decide you should get!”
