“Although meat is good quality with high prices but unfortunately communication and customer service is very poor. My last order did not come on the day, so after waiting all day I wrote e-mail to customer service, no reply. Order came on third day of original booking with one item "not available" but price of item was still charged on the bill ( although small price) but until now no communication from healthy halal about this. Last time I was asked to fill feedback which I did but no code for discount and no reply to e-mail which I wrote. I was not going to mention any of this but now I got another e-mail asking for review so had to write all this. Meat quality is good, although expensive and will keep buying in-spite of poor customer service and communication.”

“Excellent customer service; I was having difficulty placing my festive order and they were very helpful. First time ever I had a turkey crown and was not disappointed. Also treated myself to the ready made gravy which although a bit pricey was very good (not having a large bird with giblets etc I knew I would have less to make a good gravy). My only disappointment has been the lamb mince; hadn’t realised it was 30% fat! I think I have bought the premium before so will need to go back to that.”

“Once again another great turkey crown arrived fresh just before Christmas ready for our family celebration. We've ordered a few things over the year and found the quality of the products to be first class. My Dad is an ex-Master Butcher and was particularly impressed with the lamb leg, the way it was trimmed and the reasonable cost compared to local supermarkets/halal butchers. We'll be ordering again soon.”

“The meat is good quality but western cuts are hard to come by. Their ribeye steak quality is improving though, since they put the price up. They are now almost as thick as a butchers/supermarket steak But trying to get large cuts, when requested is a non starter, as they will give you what they decide you should get!”
