“your literature states there will be £50 worth of high street vouchers handed over on installiobn, no vouchers and after numerous phone calls where you have fogged me off still no vouchers,so what is your service going to be like whenb hyou have fell at the first fence i wish you could take the boiler out as i don't trust you now,incidentally you have already taken the first months charge but you owe me /350 in high street vouchers will never recommend you to an yone”
