“Easy to deal with on the phone when problems are encountered, but the website can be difficult to navigate and I don’t keep normal business hours, so a good easy online experience is very important to me! I was supposed to receive a call back first thing one morning and had to phone in myself when trying to insure my new foal. Got it done in end though!”
