“I needed some help and advice concerning horse rugs for my Granddaughter's new horse. The lady I spoke with was so helpful and friendly, I knew I must have found the right company to deal with. She talked me through the Membership scheme and what it would entail and I felt able to buy two horse rugs with confidence. I needed to call them the following day and once again I was greeted by another lovely helpful lady who sorted out my problem immediately. So often these days, people we deal with on the telephone are unfriendly, unhelpful and curt. I asked the lady on the second day to pass 'up the line' that I think this is a lovely company to deal with and I shall have no hesitation in recommending them. Well done Harry Hall, you have gone a long way to restore my faith in how the general public wishes to be treated when making contact with an enquiry. Polite, friendly, helpful and a credit to their organisation.”

“Great quality rug, the fieldmasta combo really suits my Conny. Had all the features I want; NIF tail flap, leg straps (helps to keep his white tail clean) and I especially like the neck which don’t rub the mane - in fact it stand proud and his mane isn’t even flattened when the rug is taken off, he really tests it to as loves to scrub his neck on his stable door. Sent out really quickly too which is helpful.”
