“Absolutely thrilled to bits with my lovely boots. Fabulous quality, beautifully made and most importantly they fit my calves. I always have problems with boots in this area even though my legs aren’t that wide. They’re also easy to get on and off. For the price I paid I certainly didn’t expect such a high quality boot. One very happy customer here!!”

“The item I ordered did not arrive. Likely lost in the post but when I messaged about this I was not given the option to have the item resent- they cancelled my order and refunded me. Again, great that this was completed without fuss but no comms as to what I would have preferred”

“Just wanted to say thankyou because I’m delighted with the coat and boots that I bought from your website. Your website was really easy to use and the product photos made shopping so much easier. The delivery was prompt and arrived in perfect condition. I’m super happy with the navy blue coat I bought and the long boots are comfortable and stylish but most importantly practical for my life in the countryside. Thankyou again!!”

“Asked for a refund after a new fleece ripped at the seams and then a turnout rug (which was new) had completely bent buckles. The metal was so weak that both of them bent. No other damage and was on the rug and I was told it was "outside force". Shocking decision and rugs are made cheap and nasty. Avoid at all costs.”
