“I have been extremely impressed with the customer service from Harry Hall. Both Vicky and Tracey were very helpful and really went the "extra mile" when dealing with my requests. The Fieldmasta 0g lightweight combi neck turnout rug is a fabulous design with the domed neck, the memory foam wither pads and the high shoulder darts; the only thing that lets it down, in my opinion, is the lack of Velcro at the front, as my rug keeps falling away leaving my horses chest exposed to the elements and potential rubbing of the fastening straps. I have sewn a Velcro patch on myself which works very well.”
