“Great all round apart from strap under chin too long so Velcro only attaches on a small bit it’s too big . If you choose a smaller size then it would be too small everywhere else”

“Updated review - customer services have since agreed this is a manufacturing fault of the stitching on this individual rug and issued a full refund- much appreciated as the rug is of no use at all to me. Review now upgraded to 4/5 as customer service have been very helpful and kindly resolved this. Thank you. Disappointed I cannot recommend this rug, I hoped it would be great after seeing good reviews. After 3 days the neck cover ripped off the rug at one point of stitching. I contacted customer service to be told it’s an external influence and not a manufacturing fault. He is in an electric fenced paddock alone (friend next door but cannot get to his rug). Since then, the other places the neck is attached the stitching has started to go. I contacted customer service again as it strongly appears to be a design fault - I was offered a £15 voucher but I certainly don’t want to purchase another of these rugs. The rug has also rubbed my horse on the neck and wither, he is no longer wearing it- waste of money. One positive the gift of a hi viz hat band is a lovely gesture.”
