“The products and prices are great but make sure you order the correct size. I ordered the wrong size rug and realised as soon as I saw the confirmation email 30 minutes after placing the order, but Harry Hall does not allow you to cancel orders so I had to wait until the rug arrived, return it, and will get a deduction from the price for postage. My fault but irritating nevertheless.”
