“I ordered a 6ft 3 outdoor rug with neck next day with DPD and received an indoor 6ft 6 rug by Sheldon that Harry Hall reckon they dont supply. Harry Hall not interested in looking after me more interested in looking into what's happened so no outdoor rug 5 days after it should have arrived stoll heard nothing bought a replacement rug from elsewhere despite spr ding around £300 with them in last 6 weeks won't use them again very poor customer service also on one phone call more interested in trying to sell me horse insurance than sort my problem their CEO apparently agrees with not replacing the rug without a big investigation on a £55 rug won't be buying or recommending Harry Hall as very very poor service what if I could not afford another rug that didn't interest them at all then my horse would have to go without whilst they carried out uncontrollably effective research which has nothing to do with the customer!!!!!!! Very Disappointing!!!!!!!!”
