“Received fly rug within 2 days. This is my second masta fly rug I have bought this year so I can alternate for my pony when it needs washing. This rug washes and washes and comes up like new each time. Very pleased with purchase would definitely recommend it has kept my pony fly bite free and comfortable all summer.”

“Your website is awful to deal with. 3 times I had my order complete and couldnt actually pay for it. No payment method available. no delivery method available. Used another computer - no payment method available. Tried to complain via your 'contact us link' got Not possible to do this URL or something to that effect not working currently. I only persisted and spend several hours because i particularly wanted a rug you sell. I have ordered before and assume you have a problem with your website - going forward i will think twice before trying to order again - lifes too short.”

“The ordering process was really easy and the product dispatched super quick. The email communiction about my order was excellent. Sadly the jodphurs I ordered just didn't fit but they were a good product. I had to call the customer support team as I had an issue with my credit card and they resolved this quickly and effiicently.”
