“So disappointed in my fly rugs I bought. First time buying Harry Hall and a piece of fabric from the chest area has come off after just 1 day of wear!!! 😤 I tried uploading a photo but your system isn't allowing it!”

Hi Kerry, Sorry to hear the fabric detached so quickly. That sounds frustrating, and we understand your disappointment. “Arrived promptly. Quality product. I should have orderd hind leg straps too. Maybe add to website as a recommended addition? Unfortunately the package had a 2" tear and continued into the storage bag inside. The rug was not damaged. Unusual for Royal Mail.”

“I ordered this bridle, after buying 4 from a high end tack shop, they all had to go back for one reason or another, they didn’t fit. I saw this and thought I’d give it a go and I’m so glad I did. Fits perfectly, the leather is so soft. I would highly recommend for anyone wanting a bridle.”

“Love this spray it gets all the knots out of my cobs long mane and this tail with just a couple of sprays. It also sprays right to the end of the bottle and the spray doesn’t jam up. Wish I’d found it years ago. Smells lovely too.”

“I ordered two fly masks for my Section A ponies. The website said small was pony size, but the masks were far too big. I could not find the actual dimensions of the masks on the website before ordering, so had to trust their information. When I came to send them back I had to pay return postage, as well as having paid postage to receive them. I can definitely say that I won't be ordering from Harry Hall again.”

The Buzz-Off DeLuxe Mask Blue is a thrid party brand to us so we are unable to comment on the sizing as what is on the webiste was provided to us from the suplier. However, we do understand fit can vary from horse to horse. With regards to our delivery and returns. We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the delivery and return prices. Harry Hall is governed by the prices Royal Mail set for delivery therefore the shipping prices are non-negotiable as Harry Hall does not profit from it. “The boots are of excellent quality my only problem is they are for our donkeys and a bit big do work down and need pulling up it re applying. Not the boots fault! They were the smallest I could find anywhere.”
