“Always good quality products. Quick delivery. Good customer service when I’ve needed it in the past. The only niggle is having to pay postage on returns. Ideally I would have liked to exchange one of my purchases for a bigger size, but by the time I would have paid postage (on top of the postage I’d already paid) it didn’t seem worth it, so I stuck with the original item.”

“Great coat which is fit for purpose, great to ride in. Gives good coverage and warmth without being bulky. My only slight frustration is the length of the sleeves. I am quite long limbed so this is sometimes an issue. They are a little short for me. True to size otherwise”
