“Your website is awful to deal with. 3 times I had my order complete and couldnt actually pay for it. No payment method available. no delivery method available. Used another computer - no payment method available. Tried to complain via your 'contact us link' got Not possible to do this URL or something to that effect not working currently. I only persisted and spend several hours because i particularly wanted a rug you sell. I have ordered before and assume you have a problem with your website - going forward i will think twice before trying to order again - lifes too short.”

“The ordering process was really easy and the product dispatched super quick. The email communiction about my order was excellent. Sadly the jodphurs I ordered just didn't fit but they were a good product. I had to call the customer support team as I had an issue with my credit card and they resolved this quickly and effiicently.”

“My Harry Hall jodhpurs cost £15 are the best Jodpurs I have ever bought. Fit comfort are just amazing. Over years I have bought expensive jodhpurs but none have come close to fit and comfort of these £15 jodhpurs. I’m only really disappointed that they are sold out as I’d bought a few more pairs. Thank you Harry Hall.”

“I love shopping with Harry Hall. My girth needed to be shipped separately, but that said, it arrived within 24 hours of my Stirrup Leathers and breastplate. Ordering from Harry Hall has always been painless, and their customer service team is second to none. I could go directly to the manufacturers and for some brands, but I'd lose out on exceptional customer service and the price difference is pence, not pounds”
