“Lovely boots, a bit roomy around the ankles as mine are quite skinny but nothing a thick pair of socks wont sort out! Great value though!”

“I thought my shop was fantastic really easy website to navigate and really easy to purchase items. I ordered on 30/12/17 and did accept some delays due to new year, I still hadn't received my order by the 4th so I emailed and still didn't have a response so I gave them a call on the 8th they had a problem with my order and it didn't get picked so didn't go out to delivery they addressed the issue as soon as I highlighted it and they sent my items and an email apologizing straight away. Great service I have now received my items and I'm very happy with all of them- The reason I rate 4 stars is down to waiting for my delivery for so long and I did email and still didn't hear back from them within 4 days and had to call! Otherwise I couldn't fault their service. Working in Customer Service myself it's great to have such good care.”

“Ordered a horse rug before Christmas Was given no indication whatsoever of a delivery date. I had to chase it up myself It would be nice to be kept informed hence 4/5”

“I love the shape, look, material, hoof etc. The coat is very short in the body, so the Velcro isn't necessary (either should be longer with Velcro or this short but without as it's not necessary. Very comfy and warm for a coat this thickness.”
