“As a pony club DC i wish the website was easier to use, in that when ordering badges and items for PC i have to search for each item in the search bar as its not always easy to locate. When ordering lots of items, you have to re-enter each section after every order which is frustrating, as you cant just 'go back' to the badges... or dressage tests....”

“I am in just in the process of a claim as my mare had a recent field accident. So far the process has been fairly simple although I think there is a bit of a backlog of paperwork with South Essex who underwrite the policy due to Covid 19.”
