“The product I ordered was amazing quality. Delivery was fast, but sadly had to return as item was too big. Just waiting on refund as it's a real shame the company doesn't offer exchanges. So hoping to re order a smaller size once refund is processed.”

“Bought some wellie boots to wear later in the year but upon wearing them discovered they leaked badly. Contacted Harry Hall only to discover the boots only had 6 months warranty and this had expired. They offered me a 50% refund which was better than nothing. Lesson out of this, check the boots in the bath as soon as they are received.”
