“I can honestly say the the service was great! The coat came in record time and my query on where the secret pocket was hidden was answered quickly and with tact. The coat is beautiful. It’s light weight and warm. It’s comfortable and fits well. Unfortunately, a seam has gone in the hood. Pic enclosed. This means when the hood is up, I have a line of elastic over my eyes.”
