“Called HH to get a quote in advance of purchasing our first horse box. Phoned on day of purchase and was on the phone for 1hr 15 mins just to take insurance out. Despite asking for premium via DD and going through process, caller taker took full premium out and refund won’t come for some days. Worst customer service experience I have had to date unfortunately. Hoping service in event of breakdown will be better. Took out breakdown cover and car insurance on same day with another company which took some 20 mins to complete in comparison.”

“Having bought more expensive waterproof dog coats on the market for 2 flatcoated retrievers they are not a match or even close to the quality and performance of the Harry Hall Woofmasta coats and are priced very well to suit all budgets. They are that good have ordered another two and awaiting delivery.”
