“Lovely item - prompt delivery”

“Purchased a pair of riding tights expecting good quality from this well known make. Instead I got a pair with two clear manufacturing faults on them! After two lots of images sent and many conversations had, they deemed them to be, and I quote WITHIN THE TOLERANCE LEVEL FOR AN ECONOMY ITEM! I only wanted an exchange but I was told that I could return them for a refund and £4 would be deducted for postage! Why should I pay £4 to have a faulty item delivered to me...£4 to send them back and £4 to order another pair! I wasn't aware that Harry Hall sold economy items.... they certainly weren't advertised as that....just in the sale. Not impressed....I won't be shopping with them again. Looking through the previous reviews it seems the quality is not what's expected for a lot of people from this supposedly reputable brand! Very disappointing.”

“I bought my first jodhpurs and boots from Harry Hall probably back around 1965! I use them regularly up to now, and am waiting for a delivery today. Their prices are good, but most of all if there are any problems their staff are wonderful. and quickly resolve any issues without question.”

“I returned the Master waterproof fly rug to you two weeks ago and have received no communication from you ! Unfortunately the email with my order number was deleted so I returned the rug to your returns department with my name and address”

“Looks nice. Seems a little tight over the withers, but i usually use the field masta padded withers. Shame they don't make one without a neck but still padded at withers. This rug is great value and looks smart, good length. It hasn't rained yet so I can't comment in how waterproof.”
