“Service is ok. My items were processed and put out for shipping in good time, but delivery was slow. Cost for delivery as a non-member is absolutely extortionate, and the cost to return an item is deducted from the cost of your original purchase. So all in all, I didn't nearly £10 on postage to deliver and return. Shocking! The item I purchased was in a sale, so turned out to be a complete waste of time and money.”

“I am delighted with the service received from Harry Hall. The item ordered was on the small side (I tend to be in the midddle of L and XL) so I needed to return it and order the next size up. Returning the item went very smoothly and the refund arrived promptly, the replacement was perfect and the quality is as good as described. “Unfortunately the wellies were a little tight on my calves although could fold the tops over for more comfort but decided to return for refund. Disappointed as they are lovely good quality boots”
