“Wow! What an incredible experience with Harrier. The website was a breeze to navigate, offering lots of options and linking products cleverly. Communication was truly outstanding – I ordered the wrong size vest initially, and contacting Harrier to sort it out was fast and effortless. Both the original and revised order confirmations were instant, and the delivery updates were spot on. As for the product itself... wow. The quality for the price is simply astonishing; I don't know how they do it! The fit of the vest is sublime, snug and completely stable once fastened. My first purchase was so impressive that I've already returned for the Exmoor Jacket, following recommendations from my running group about Harrier's quality and value. I'm officially a huge fan!”

“I recently bought a pair of Catbells PRO Aluminium Z-Poles for my son's 3 Peaks Challenge attempt. I left it a bit late, and we had a small issue with a pole, but Rachael from Harrier pulled out all the stops to get us the poles in time, and use them he did. They made the difference to finishing in 24hrs or missing the mark he says. A massive thank you to Harrier for your excellent customer service and your fantastic poles, which on their first outing visited three countries and climbed the three highest peaks!”

“The poles are fantastic. They give me the confidence to descend a mountain without second guessing every footing. They’re strong, practical, and also look the part. I would highly recommend these poles to anyone wanting a reliable set of sticks to help them get about!”

“Ordered the exmoor jacket in xl. The jacket fit perfectly in the body but was a little short in the arms for me. I am however 6'7" so quite tall. Harrier sent me a replacement xxl once I had returned the original. Absolutely no problems getting a replacement or refund should you choose that. I've not used the jacket yet but as far as I can tell it seem excellent quality with some cool features.”

“Great service. Swift delivery of Catbells walking poles which were at a good price for such a quality product. I have started using them and so far am impressed. The link to the video user modules was a nice surprise which was very useful as this is my first time trying to use walking poles (doing it the right way is not as easy as it looks!). I will be using Harrier again!”
