“I love my Harrier Pro poles for races. Recently, I had an issue and liaised with the support at Harrier who were both very professional and quick to respond to my queries. The support and outcome was amazing. I had poles back with me on a Friday after sending the off on a Tuesday in time for a nice race. Thoroughly recommend them for their products and support.”

“After searching the Internet looking for a running jacket, I had narrowed it down to two jackets. I decided on the men's Exmoor jacket as it offered exactly what I was looking for in a running jacket. It fits perfectly, keeps me dry, and has excellent ventilation so I'm not running in a sauna. The customer service is excellent! I couldn't be happier about my purchase and I highly recommend this company!”

“The jacket looks and feels lovely. The fit is very nice. It arrived quickly and was a good price. However I haven't worn it yet as we've barely had a drop of rain since March (now May). Look forward to trying it out and extra praise for having a red option. The colour options for women in clothing are generally rubbish. I love red.”

“Found Harrier as a referral from a friend, and was not disappointed! Amazing customer service, and really amazing quality poles. Easy to collapse down and fit to my vests and packs, strong materials, and love the bright colors. Nice to see a decent core cable, and the grips are nice an ergonomic. The after sales support of the training guide is a great touch. 100% recommend and will buy from again.”

“Long story short, ordered some poles, one of the pins was stuck literally for 1 run, I tried to re stick it after speaking with customer service, it wouldn't then re fault but Harrier basically forced me to send them in and they sent me a brand new pair, absolutely fantastic customer service and the product is great too. Girlfriend is a repeat buyer also, she's chuffed to bits with the stuff. Poles will see me up some of the UTS climbs next weekend!”

“I am thoroughly enjoying my Harrier Exmoor Waterproof Jacket. I initially ordered and promptly received my jacket in a size small, and it was a little bit too small for me. I submitted an exchange request to change it to a medium, and the customer service I received was great. Efficient and great communication through. Thanks.”
