“I found the sizes way of TTS, I purchased a medium exmoor and the fit was more like a small. I then exchanged for the large and the fit was more like an XL or a XXL. It appears no in-between size exists for this jacket. Having wore the jacket once I have breached the returns policy and im unable to return this purchase, I find this unacceptable it todays highly competitive market for quality trail running equipment. I ertqinly won't be buying from this company again and advise anyone to be 100% sure the fit is perfect before trying it out on the trails otherwise you're left with an expensive wardrobe piece 😤😤”

“The jacket isn’t waterproof even in a light shower I was wet. Annoying because I wanted a waterproof jacket and have taken the labels off.”

“Was really looking forward to like this gear as this company came highly recommended. Unfortunately my race vest is unusable after 3 runs as the detachable front hook came loose and got lost.”

“shocked - I feel majorly mislead - i purchased under the impression i was getting aall i needed as per the description photos. only to discover all i received is the carrier and not the silicone water tube.. now i need to make a second purchase and second dlelivery fee. living in australia obiously this is not a cheap exercise. i honestyl feel like you guys are adcvertsiing incorrectly almost feels like a setup. not happy”

“Well, I did ask that when I paid for my product at the running exhibition at the NEC not to use my email for a receipt. The lady said “don’t worry, we won’t send you any emails after this.” Since then, I’ve had email after email! I unsubscribed and they still come through. Because of this, I won’t be purchasing anything else from Harrier. Just leave me alone and stop emailing me. Talk about hard marketing!”

After the National Running Show (or any other event) we send ONE email to people thanking them for their custom with an option to opt in for marketing. We do not sign people up for marketing emails automatiaclly from sending them a receipt. Also, we do not send email after email, we have a weekly sunday newsletter - always with an unsubscribe option. There is always the option to simply ask us to remove you from our list if you found that you didn't want to receive anything from us. Thanks

“Disappointed with the quality of this product. It was purchased for my first ultra and even though it wasn’t used I still took it with me attached to my vest. The carabiner has broken and the cup has lost the ability to fully compress also the rubber has split so not sure how long the product will last once used properly. I would recommend looking at other products before purchasing.”
