“I've had a few item from Harrier and really pleased them. What has really impressed me is the customer service. My running vest developed a fault after 6 months (it happens) I contacted Harrier and they told me how to start a warranty replacement claim. Within a week I was using my replacement vest (and no cost to me). What great service 👍👍.”

“Love the bag as there are so many compartments and a place to put your walking poles. I lost a clip from the bag and the customer service was great and they sent me a couple of new clips.”

“After deciding to try out running poles & hearing lots of positive feedback on Harrier, I purchased the Helvellyn Pro Carbon Z-Poles V2; they arrived quickly & based on the supporting documentation sent, I decided that I had purchased the wrong size but was able to quickly organise a replacement & now have managed a few "trial" runs with them, which have been good. Like the poles & great customer service throughout.”
