“You probably won’t want to use this review, but I’ll tell you anyway. The jacket was a poor fit, baggy around the waist and tight around the hips, it felt like it was ‘unisex’ aka ‘men’s’, so not shaped for a woman. The returns process was painful, I had to search the website and message Harrier a couple of times and the returns label didn’t print. I’ve ordered socks from you too so it didn’t put me off, but it all needs to be a bit more polished.”

“Ordering process was terrible. Attempted several times to order and check out. No contact telephone on website to be able to resolve there and then, at which point I was about to give up and order a different product elsewhere. Submitting an email is not what I want when I'm trying to work out whether money has been deducted from my bank account correctly. Eventually resolved. After my first order with 15% discount given, I now have received a email saying 'enjoy 20% off your first order'. Product was delivered on time, but can't comment on it until used in earnest.”

“I have been a little disappointed with my purchase of the Harrier Curbar 5l running vest. As a 35.5 " chest I went for a small. Which is fine when fully loaded, but I have suffered collar bone chaffing as I have emptied my water bottles during a run and the bounce has kicked in. Today I did a 20 mile run and taped my shoulders to ensure no chaffing. I also pulled a bottle out to drink from, as I removed the elastic band that holds the bottle in place this just snapped off so after just 3 runs in a £54 vest I need to consider getting out a needle and cotton or superglue to fix the poor quality workmanship. Disappointed ☹️”
