“Harrier is my go to for ultra running gear. I used harrier to complete my first essentials kit bag and just keep coming back. I know it was designed for the purpose. I've recently upgraded my back pack to the 10 litre and it's very comfortable. I've also upgraded to the carbon poles (I wish I'd done it sooner)”

“Harrier kinder 10L: I ordered size S following the company's size chart. It arrived fast but didn't fit me. It was too tight Fortunately Harrier offers free and easy returns. I ordered the M size. It fits me perfectly. It's just a little bit bigger than the S, so if you are in doubt, choose the bigger size. The race vest is really comfortable. The only downside and that's why I don't give it 5 stars is the size of the pockets. My phone Motorola E5 it's not big and doesn't fit in any pocket, so I have to place it in the big back pocket. That's a problem when you need to check the route. Waterproof Exmoor jacket: I ordered a size bigger because I want to use it when it's really cold and I'm wearing more clothes underneath. I also want the jacket to cover the race vest. My size should be M but the L is not too big. I received it this morning and used it straight away to ride to work under heavy rain. When I got to work, 15 minutes cycling, my forearms where wet. This is a 15000 mm column resistant, so not for heavy rain. I hope it will be ok on light rain. Otherwise, the jacket is really comfortable and ventilated. It has 2 generous pockets at the front and 1 at the back.”

“Hands up - I don’t run! I do spend loads of time outdoors in all weathers and needed a lightweight, packable, waterproof set. The Exmoor ladies jacket and trousers are just brilliant. The offset zip at the neck makes such a difference to comfort. Super lightweight. Properly waterproof. Thoughtfully designed. I bought double thickness socks too which are also excellent. Very happy to recommend Harrier and their products (and not just for running!).”

“I recently bought the Beginners Trail Bundle, along with the Survival Bag and Whistle, and I’m really impressed. The vest is super comfy, lightweight, and doesn’t bounce — perfect for building confidence on the trails. The bottles and first aid kit are really practical, and having the survival gear adds extra reassurance, especially when running solo or further afield. It’s great value for money and ideal for anyone starting out with trail running. Harrier has clearly thought about what beginners actually need without overloading you with kit. Highly recommended!”

“I love harrier kit. I have the backpack (12l) which is great for long trail runs, but cinches down if you only have a jacket in the back and some water so it's good for short moor runs too. The poles are great, and very well proced compared to some.And the water bottles etc just fit and work and a good price. So yes, all good stuff, nice people to deal with and good value. What more do you want for running on the moors!”

“Great gear from a British company, service and communication is great too. Had the run vest, with dry bags, drinks bottles for a couple of years now . Wouldn't be without them..recently bought their insulated jacket in their sale, it's mint!”

“After a hilly HM in 32 degrees it was clear that carrying water in hand held bottles ws not a good idea. Looking for a vest so checked Harrier as rec by members of my club. Great service. Asked about sizes as i fall right inbeteen m and l. Told 'not a ptoblem, either order both an send one back or just go for the larger size and see if it fits'. I did, and it fits. Looking forward to trying itnout on a serious run in a couple of days.”

“When I found out that there was a UK trail running company founded and fronted by a woman, I was intrigued and, when I found out that their poles were very highly rated in reviews, I had to own a pair. Before I'd even received the confirmation of my order, I'd been emailed with the links to the training videos and I've since signed up for their emails on training for an ultra. There are plenty of companies in the world who make a product to sell to make a profit then employ bland marketing and social media people to convey a message that they somehow care about you getting the best from their product. This isn't one of them. I genuinely feel that Harrier are runners, first and foremost, and want you to enjoy being a runner too. And, If you use their kit and it performs admirably, then all the better. So I'm pleased to own a (as it turns out, very good quality) Harrier product and I wish them every success in the future.”

Their customer service is second to none. I ordered the Exmoor Jacket (which I’m very happy with), but I forgot to select next-day delivery—and I needed it urgently before going abroad. I contacted their customer service team, and they immediately amended my order to next-day delivery at no extra charge. They were incredibly helpful, responsive, and understanding. I’m really impressed with both the product and the service and will definitely be buying from this company again. Highly recommend!”
