Here's a polished version of your review that you could post on their website, Trustpilot, or social media: --- Fantastic Customer Service & Quality Product I had a very positive experience with Harrier Trail Running. Their customer service is second to none. I ordered the Exmoor Jacket (which I’m very happy with), but I forgot to select next-day delivery—and I needed it urgently before going abroad. I contacted their customer service team, and they immediately amended my order to next-day delivery at no extra charge. They were incredibly helpful, responsive, and understanding. I’m really impressed with both the product and the service and will definitely be buying from this company again. Highly recommend!”

“My gear came super quickly, the Curbar 5L vest fits like a dream. as someone with a bigger frame it has been almost impossible to find a running vest that fits but Harrier are incredibly inclusive and the quality of the material is fantastic. I feel very well equipped for my upcoming Half and Full Marathons! I also bought their 500ml flasks which are also great quality and fit perfectly into their vest. I have also bought their First Aid Kit, which is a perfect addition to my kit! Will definitely be buying more kit from them in the future!”

“I am a big chap with a 46 inch chest and I have struggled to find a vest that fits. I have bought a couple and had to return them. I was recomended Harrier through a friend who has a Kinder vest. I bought the Curbar 5l and I am delighted. Firstly it fits and is super comfortable. The quality of the product is great and I like the design features.”

“I had a problem with my poles. The metal tips had fallen out. I emailed asking if they could be replaced but they couldn't, however I was offered a free replacement pair! I would have liked new tips only as the rest of the poles were fine and it felt a bit wasteful but I was very happy in the end and the replacement process was quick and easy. Thank you!”

“I ordered some running poles which arrived and are very robust and look really aesthetically pleasing. Unfortunately the delivery company did not deliver the product next day, but harrier promptly refunded the additional delivery cost for next day delivery which I thought was very professional.”

“Love the jacket with room to put over my running vest. Ordered my usual size but a bit snug with my vest on which was my fault for not checking. No hassle return and reordered next size up. Comfortable to run in. Only tested in light rain so far but good. Quality and value for money great so have ordered the waterproof trousers and running poles. These will be my kit for my next ultra.”
