“Very helpful with my inability to verify my age because it was under my daughter's name, who was the receiver of the whisky. After sending copy of my passport, you sorted it all right away which was a relief. However, there seems to be no efficient synchronization with eBay as they kept sending me emails stating that if I don't fill in the age verification form, the order would be cancelled...And I kept receiving these even after the whisky had been received.... It's just a thought! Otherwise, delighted with Hard-to-Find Whisky.”

“Super quick on posting out product. Only niggle is the verification of age, but easily rectified, trouble is you may get reminders every day saying bottle will not be sent until verification has been received, even if it has been sent and acknowledged, a little annoying, but must be automated so just ignore. very nice selection of hard to get goods. A +++”
