“I bought 2 Advent Calendars on Nov 27th. The selection was amazing and the service was quick (got delivered on Dec 2nd despite a Custom check) and they are quite delicious. I not only will be returning but I was mentioning these products to some of my coworkers who enjoy a good drink”

“I have been looking for a particular gin for a long time. Finally found it at "Hard to Find". The process was very easy and quick. Prices for product and shipping were very reasonable, the best I could find anywhere. Bottles were well packaged and arrived quickly.”

“Excellent service. The initial shipment was held up unavoidably and HTFW promptly and with no hassle shipped a replacement product. “The Advent Calendar is very good. My husband enjoys trying the different whisky. The only thing that could help is an explanation that if purchased outside of Scotland to check the customs as they were more than the actual calendar.”

“I've been buying the advent calendars for the last 5 years. Had issues one year (international purchase); customer service was quick and super helpful. Delivery to my door in Canada takes less than a week and products have never arrived damaged. Would totally recommend :)”

“GREAT VALUE AND SERVICE I recently placed 2 orders with HTFW and I received both orders the next day. On my first order, I forgot to use the discount code and emailed them about my mistake and without any fuss they refunded me the £26.50 saving. My purchases were packed very well. “HTFW had a great selection of miniatures available to create a scotch tasting experience for my husband for Christmas. I was truly blown away by the quick turn around of HTFW. The order I had placed shipped just 2 hours after I placed it! And, it arrived very quickly considering it had to cross through customs. Arrived about a week or so after I placed the order. Truly I was really impressed by the time and will absolutely look to HTFW in the future because of the experience!”
