“Super awesome selection. Nice prices, especially with their free shipping special. The bottles arrived SO FAST, and packed very securely. Best $2428 I ever spent on whisky! My only complaint was that they were running a special that expired as I was filling my order, and in the confusion that followed the promotion ending, I lost a limited edition bottle that became sold out — and I lost the special offer too.”

“As a u.s. customer I gave htfw a shot. I was pleased with the service. Shipping was fast and actually relatively affordable. Only critical point is the bottles were sent out of their cardboard boxes. The boxes were included, just broken down/folded and in one case completely torn. So if you're buying to collect something, or aren't planning to open it right away, that may be a problem.”

“Great price on a whisky I've been looking for for a long time. The shipping was extremely quick. However, when the bottle got here it was slightly leaking. The topper slid off the cork as well. It's hard to know if this was am issue with how the bottle was stored/handled or an issue with initial bottling. Still 100% drinkable and satisfied.”

“God gets a five star review but HTFW comes close. Service is good as is selection. The only complaint is that HTFW does not seem to subtract V.A.T. from the price when shipping out of the country.”

“Great efficient service. Ordered my present @ 20:49 Thursday 5 May and the well wrapped gift arrived@ 10.30 Saturday 7 May as the email/tracking service advised. The only reason I have not given 5 **** is that HTFW had included the company name on the label they attached for my friends birthday. Not a problem I bought a gift tag. Thank you”

“Good choice of whisky's. Staff deal with orders and refunds promptly and efficiently. The only criticism I had is when I visited the store in Birmingham, I felt that the staff weren't particularly helpful. That will not put me off from ordering from them online in future.”

“I just found the site a few weeks ago via a recommendation from a fellow whisky lover. My purchase was shipped within days and arrived safe and sound in the US in less than a week. The shipping is a bit expensive, but worth every penny to obtain a bottle I will never find in my area. I will be visiting Hard to Find Whisky on a regular basis moving forward. I couldn't be happier with their services.”

“I bought a bottle with value of 400 GBP (limited edition), fast shipping, perfect packaging, unfortunately whiskybox was damaged but not during the transport from htfw to me (because bottle was shipped seperately from box) but before. So it was sent damaged! I sent an EMail to support and received the feedback I can return the item...at the end I received a 5% discount for my next order because I will not return the item... (limited edition, no more stock available...)”
