“Great efficient service. Ordered my present @ 20:49 Thursday 5 May and the well wrapped gift arrived@ 10.30 Saturday 7 May as the email/tracking service advised. The only reason I have not given 5 **** is that HTFW had included the company name on the label they attached for my friends birthday. Not a problem I bought a gift tag. Thank you”

“Good choice of whisky's. Staff deal with orders and refunds promptly and efficiently. The only criticism I had is when I visited the store in Birmingham, I felt that the staff weren't particularly helpful. That will not put me off from ordering from them online in future.”

“I just found the site a few weeks ago via a recommendation from a fellow whisky lover. My purchase was shipped within days and arrived safe and sound in the US in less than a week. The shipping is a bit expensive, but worth every penny to obtain a bottle I will never find in my area. I will be visiting Hard to Find Whisky on a regular basis moving forward. I couldn't be happier with their services.”

“I bought a bottle with value of 400 GBP (limited edition), fast shipping, perfect packaging, unfortunately whiskybox was damaged but not during the transport from htfw to me (because bottle was shipped seperately from box) but before. So it was sent damaged! I sent an EMail to support and received the feedback I can return the item...at the end I received a 5% discount for my next order because I will not return the item... (limited edition, no more stock available...)”

“Used to be one of the best online alco shop for special items. Now (after brexit) is no sens to order enything to eu. First i have problems with ups ( because they cant make castom clearance from uk after january 21, but HTFW send it anyway by ups!!!) 1 week on customs and ~30$, then i have to order second company to make transit clearance and have to pay again for that ~ 30$. Still didn't received it and do not know when will it arrive... so if you are from EU, better forget it...”

“Shipping to the United States was amazingly quick. They have a great selection and if you are making a large purchase the shipping balances out. My only complaint, one products box was banged up and I can't find away to file a complaint on their website. Overall it was good experience.”

“Darn these people! They seem to have figured out exactly what I want and they offer it to me regularly. I end up paying a little bit more, but I get things I can't find nearby. I suppose I have no choice but to continue shopping here.”

“So far I have found HTF very efficient. I had an issue with ordering online but managed to rectify this with a telephone order instead. Delivery in good time, always packaged well. A great service offered for the customer.”

“Service received from HTFW was good but let down by the use of Hermes as the delivery courier. I paid an extra £8 for next day delivery and the parcel was not delivered on time as Hermes ‘attempted to deliver’ but didn’t actually come to the house… not an uncommon problem unfortunately! Unlikely to use again given delivery courier.”

“First time buyer (Canada) bought 2 scotch advent calendars. Arrived within a week of ordering. The first came in no issue, second arrived a day later with 2 bottles broken. Had been handled upside down, shipping label affixed to bottom.”
