“I've never had a simpler and more straightforward interaction with a home services company. My call was answered immediately, I was booked in for the following working day and they were clear and transparent about charges. “Excellent call centre service as I was calling on behalf of an elderly neighbour who had a leaking stopcock. Plumber was arranged immediately and phoned me for further info before ariving at the house. He was very good at his job and the customer trusted him.”
