“Excellent call centre service as I was calling on behalf of an elderly neighbour who had a leaking stopcock. Plumber was arranged immediately and phoned me for further info before ariving at the house. He was very good at his job and the customer trusted him.”

“They managed to find me an engineer at the last minute, but they couldn't get one for me on a Friday afternoon, they sent one Saturday but only charged me weekday rates. Good customer service and engineer was efficient”
