“I wish there was an "Excellent" above, "Very Good" being an understatement. I spoke to two advisors who were both friendly and very quick to understand my situation. I was told I could get a discount for being an existing customer, without asking for it. The tradesperson was very quick to arrive. He understood the situation perfectly. He carried out the repair quickly and efficiently. What he did looked very "fiddly" but he did it well and quickly anyway. He was personable, polite, all the positive words that apply.”

“advisor saved me time and expense by booking a weekday call out. engineer was tidy, polite and helpful, explaining clearly what the issue was, what his recommendations were and how he resolved the boiler issue. Communication regarding replacement parts and invoicing was efficient and professional with a human touch that made working with this company a pleasant experience. I would recommend this company and James P wholeheartedly.”

“I had to find a tradesman rapidly as the man I used to use had retired. I made the choice on the basis of proximity, and track record as indicated by reviews. I was very impressed by the efficiency of the administration of our case, and by the the tradesman who dealt with it.the work reviewed more problems than expected, e.g. rotting woodwork, inability to get parts for old taps, etc. Khrushchev dealt with all these problems promptly and efficiently, and I am very pleased with the way he restored our kitchen.”

“I got there package deal: gas safety check and boiler service together. I was given a half-day window and the engineer was on time, worked efficiently and left no mess at all. I will use this company again because they seem very reliable.”
