A following email was submitted very quickly, the tradesmen rang 30 minutes before arrival and the completed repair was finished within 5 hours from the initial phone call.

Everything was shown to me and explained. Whilst working, all items under sink were removed and returned, and surfaces wiped down. Area that was used outside was cleared away and left as found.
