“Obviously, according to this website, this company has many positive pieces of feedback. I would suggest future potential customers bear in mind that this company allow contractors to sub-contract work out to others and so HandyExperts sometimes has no idea who will turn up to complete work. It could be 'pot luck' as to who comes to complete your job. Unfortunately, through this company we've just had a particularly unpleasant experience with an unprofessional electrician who has caused more problems in our property than we started with. Although HandyExperts have said they will refund our call-out fee (this has not happened as of yet), they take no responsibility for the damage caused by the bad electrical work done by the electrician - they claim the electrician was not 'one of theirs', which in itself is baffling seeing as the electrician was booked through HandyExperts. We are now having to find a new electrician to solve these issues, at our expense, when actually these problems would not have been so had we not used HandyExperts.”

“I am very pleased with the work completed by Dan and his colleague. They worked very hard despite the heat and were very friendly and professional. The jobs were completed satisfactorily and in super quick time. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to friends and family.”

“This is the second time I’ve called this company out for my 94 yr old mum. Both times the service was fast and faultless. Everyone in the company is considerate and friendly, and prices are extremely reasonable and the service men efficient and incredibly warm hearted. Even my 94 year old mum felt confident and delighted. This is a rare company with a fabulous ethos- pleasure to use them.”
