“I needed a new landline telephone fitted for my elderly aunt. The office staff were excellent, understanding my requests and helped to select a suitable phone. I was given a time for the work to be carried out plus an approximate cost. The engineer telephoned to give a time of arrival on the day, and carried out the work, keeping me advised of progress and when complete. Highly satisfactory, would use again and recommend.”

“Was dealing with two leaky shower units and cowboys coming to do half cocked jobs that would end up in the shower leaking again in a month or so. The tradesperson sent listened to the struggles, was compassionate and was very honest and straight forward with his assessment and he left with feeling very confident in his knowledge and left me with the confidence that the issue will be resolved.”
