“Handy expert live chat was easy to use and Jacek arrived promptly. Packing to move and deal with other problems we were feeling a bit stressed but his smile and can do approach lifted us up. His calm approach was very reassuring and he quickly and efficiently solved our problem. 5 stars all the way.”

“Chris from Brentwood was excellent, a complete gentleman dealing with my elderly parents as I could not be there, I spoke with him on the phone prior to arrival and whilst at the property, he confirmed the job was ok, and there were no problems. My parents loved him. Payment was made online after job was completed and we were satisfied.”

“I contacted Handy Experts in relation to a fault with a water heater serving the en-suite in our loft extension. The electrician was smartly presented, clean and polite and quickly identified the fault and corrected it through the fitting of a new fused spur switch. However, more remarkable was the attention paid by Handy Experts' excellent Customer Service team both before and after the job which included investigating and refunding the material charge which I had queried. Exceptional good and I would certainly use again.”

“The whole process was extremely well handled. The technician was amazing as he had spent 3 hours researching the replacement part and managed to get the exact manufacturers identical item. Without this level of commitment it could easily have been a costly, major project. The work was for our daughter's flat and have now recommended HandyExperts to ourselves for any work needed in our own family home! That good.”

“Obviously, according to this website, this company has many positive pieces of feedback. I would suggest future potential customers bear in mind that this company allow contractors to sub-contract work out to others and so HandyExperts sometimes has no idea who will turn up to complete work. It could be 'pot luck' as to who comes to complete your job. Unfortunately, through this company we've just had a particularly unpleasant experience with an unprofessional electrician who has caused more problems in our property than we started with. Although HandyExperts have said they will refund our call-out fee (this has not happened as of yet), they take no responsibility for the damage caused by the bad electrical work done by the electrician - they claim the electrician was not 'one of theirs', which in itself is baffling seeing as the electrician was booked through HandyExperts. We are now having to find a new electrician to solve these issues, at our expense, when actually these problems would not have been so had we not used HandyExperts.”
