“Excellent service: swift response to my order. The handles are of first-class quality, matching exactly to the pair that you supplied some 10 years ago, which are wearing and weathering really well. To top it all (your fifth star), was the packaging! This included - a stout box - all six necessary brass screws - plus a stainless steel pilot screw - plus instructions for amateurs (like me) on how to proceed. Thankyou and well done. Ian Hamilton”
