“Excellent products, fairly priced, weel packed, delivered speedily. Best of all, the after-sale service is first class: In my first order a few screens were missing. I emailed customer service asking them to send me replacement screws. Tom responded within a day. Since I needed a number of additional handles, I asked them to leave a note to the warehouse to double-check the screw count in my next order. Not only did they included the replacement screws in the new order, but each box had a "Checked by Chris" sticker on it, which wasn't there on my first order. You guys care, thank you!”
