“Ordered a Heavy Duty latch which arrived early. On fitting it appeared to be handed and was the wrong hand for the door hinged on the left from inside. Scratched my head and read instructions to no avail. Phoned Alison who then phoned Carlise Brass and she came back to me with a simple instruction of turning the latch around by twisting it around in my fingers!!!! Can not fault service. Many times you request advice from companies and no one returns the call as promised. 5*****”

“I have used Handles4U before for kitchen drawer handles and cupboard knobs. This time I ordered two art deco style t-bar handles in brass. Both times I've been very happy with the speed of delivery and quality. Would recommend.”
