“Bought several pieces of door furniture from this company. Their processes are very good: a clear and easy to navigate website with a straight forward ordering process, great communication throughout from point of order to delivery. I had to make a hinge enquiry with them and they were very helpful. Items were great quality and dispatched quickly and well packaged. Altogether a very positive customer experience.”

“Offered handles online, made purchase, email then to say items were not in stock, but could do a switch to an alternative handle but wanted £12.00 more, the courtesy thing to have done would be to have done a switch for the same value. Ended up cancelling for I could get them cheaper elsewhere and had to wait days for my refund. All in all a poor service and a waste of time”
