“I didn't receive my order after 8 days . I tried to contact them 3 times to ask about delivery time but no response.!!!! I'm still waiting for my parcel..!!!! I had to cancel my job and my client not happy for this fault which is not mine!! I even couldn't find any telephone number to contact them!!! It's really poor service”

“`My dealings with Handles4U were excellent. I needed handles quickly, in time for my kitchen fitter who was coming within days for one day only to fit them and they arrived two days earlier, with a slightly better discount for a large order. My phone calls to their office were answered each time and quotes came within the hour. I would definitely recommend them for their sales service plus they have an extensive range of handles from which to choose from different price ranges.”

“Whilst they gave a refund and collected the item through DPD the handles were not in perfect unmarked condition and had imperfections. Decided to get a refund rather than a replacement. Could not see faults on various photos sent. Customer service reply good.”
