“I ordered two pieces of window hardware. The products themselves are OK but the screws supplied with them are total rubbish, they responded to the screwdriver as if they were made from icing sugar (CHiniese perhaps?). Also the items took several days to arrive and it's not as if is was free shipping. There are others companies that in the modern world, get stuff to you a lot more swiftly.”

“Lovely handles, plenty of choice, great prices. Ordered a couple of different ones so I could see my favourite against my kitchen before ordering 30!! Nice and speedy delivery too. Ended up being a quarter of the price of what I would have paid with the big kitchen company!”
