“Everything perfect except the delivery, £300 of stuff just dumped in the lobby area of my block of flats”

“A prompt response when the order was placed which was good. Followed by assurance that the items would be shipped within 1-2 working days and I would be notified when the order left the warehouse and be given an updated delivery estimate. Sadly, no further communication was received. It was a week later that I was notified by The Post Office that a tracked item was to be delivered. While in my circumstances the timescale was acceptable - I think it would be best not to claim delivery estimates and updates that are clearly not fulfilled.”

“Bought 3 internal door handles to compare = all very nice products, well packaged and cheaper than I saw for similar elsewhere. DPD delivery - a few hours late but that was their issue, not H4U, and not a problem anyway. The cheapest was the most suitable which was a result, though Zoo range was very handsome too. I will be going back now for the other 12 pairs I need, and will post if any update needed after receipt.”

“Handles4U offered great service and communication I would give the full 5 stars . My issue would be with the manufacturers who made the knobs they packaged them knowing they were scratching and marks on them the packing was sealed so there quality control war Poor .”

“Great price and service. Speedy delivery. 3 star rating for the product though as sadly, 2 of the knobs are scratched already, with a 3rd with faint marks. Annoyingly I need to order one more knob, as the Kitchen Fitter used two on the larder door (3 days ago), so I’m short. The scratches are so noticeable, that I’m considering replacing all of the handles as they’ll possibly all scratch soon. Such a shame as they look gorgeous.”

“The selection of handles and finishes was excellent. I was able to find what I was looking for easily and ordering was simple. The quality of the handle I bought was very good and I was happy with it. Although the cost for one plain handle was £20 I was happy to pay it as it was unusual, but it was annoying to have to find screws for it at that price. Matching screws would improve the value and experience.”
