“I ordered handles a while back. When the carpenter came to fit the handles they had sent completely the wrong color. I understand it was my responsibility to check these once they arrived, however they say it was an order they had to order from there manufacturer. So there manufacturers made a mistake and they did? It was a £500 order and they’ve done absolutely nothing to make up for there mistake.”
