“The best price online of the handles and internal door locks I was looking for. However, I had a question about the products and it is only possible to ask via their online form, which has never been responded to - don’t know how is it acceptable for an online only business. I would appreciate an advice, but still ordered and I’m happy with the products and quick delivery.”

“The goods arrived one week from the order date and in good condition. I would have given five stars but the fixing bolt was too short for the thickness of the fire door (44mm). Fortunately, I was able to use the fixing bolt from the previous handles.”

“Have used before - Good prompt service - the go to for me. Only issue encountered was with bathroom lock striking plate which strictly speaking doesn't strictly suit the locations of the latch and lock bolt but this is probably due to eurostandard now used which has full length opening but the actual striking areas don't match - but not really an issue.”
