“Really good. Handles are more fully described than most websites and pricing is there or thereabouts - generally very competitive. The items I ordered arrived quickly and were well packaged. I also contacted customer services by email regarding a discount query - and received a prompt and courteous response.”

“Very good customer service, answered all questions promptly and was very helpful. Handles arrived exactly as per website. The only downside was that I had to pay customs receiving them into the EU which I wasn't expecting :-(”

“Hi ordered to replace handle on outside of front door perfect fit good quality.the measurements in your description size back plate and handle centre most helpful had ordered elsewhere but they are in the shed because the handle centre too low no measurement given.Yours was same as my old one just painted the door 90 years old stain glass looks great thank you”
